They are so concerned about the health and security of your PC that they employ a crack team called the “Windows Technical Department” to monitor the 1 Billion+ Windows computers, and jump in to action the minute they detect a problem.
In your dreams – if something seems too good to be true it generally is. In reality the “Windows Technical Department” is nothing more than a boiler room full of scammers looking to extort easy money from gullible consumers. They make 1000’s of calls a day and prey on technically naïve and vulnerable people, and charge £100s of pounds to fix non existing faults.
